SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at A Suds Above. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time:

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

 Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

 

 Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

 

A Suds Above ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving this email.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

 

A Suds Above is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages:

 

A Suds Above is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS
 
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
 
RETURN PROCESS
 
To return an item, please email customer service at asudsabove@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

REFUNDS
 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 
 
EXCEPTIONS    

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a  potential refund or exchange.
